¶ Who Is In
This feature allows to generate "Who Is In" report, which shows users, who are currently in selected area defined by Entry and Exit readers.
To use this feature there has to be at least 2 readers set up, one configured as entry and one as exit reader.
¶ Generate a new report
Report generation is based on templates. You can have multiple templates and generate report at any time by selecting corresponding template.
Create a new template or select existing from the top right corner. To create new template click Add.
- Template name - Enter the name for your template.
- Date range - Time period that will be used in the report (default is "today").
- Select Entry Readers - Select readers from the list. List will only show doors with entry readers configured.
- Select Exit Readers - Select readers from the list. List will only show doors with exit readers configured.
- Sort by - Select how entries will be sorted in your report.
- Company, Department and Title - Select filters to include users only with assigned company/department/title.
- Report type - File format that will be generated, it's either CSV or PDF.
To save this template click Save. Saved templates later can be selected in upper right corner.
¶ Generate & preview report
After creating or selecting a template you can click Generate report.
Preview will be generated at the bottom.
In the right bottom corner you can see total count of generated entries in this report. You can choose how many entries you see per preview page either it's 5, 25 or 50.
¶ Download report
To download generated report click Download button which is located at the top left of the preview section. File format depends on selection made previously while creating template.
CSV - Download will start immediately.
PDF - New browser tab will open with final report. To save it you can do one of the following:
- Press CTRL+S.
- Right-click on the page and click "Save as" or "Save page as".
- Click "Download" icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Downloaded reports will be in the same language as the service language selected in the operator's settings.
