This feature allows to generate basic time and attendance reports. To use this feature there has to be at least 2 readers set up. You can use multiple readers to create "virtual areas" with multiple entry and exit points.
Report generation is based on templates. You can have multiple templates and generate report at any time by selecting corresponding template.
To create a new template click Add.
Events for the report are taken from the events archive table. Reader settings that were used during event generation will be used when generating report.
To save this template click Save. Saved templates later can be used by selecting in upper right corner field Select template.
After creating or selecting a template you can click Generate report.
Preview of your report will be generated at the bottom.
In the right bottom corner you can see total count of generated entries in this report. You can choose how many entries you see per page either it's 5, 25 or 50.
To download generated report click Download button which is located at the top left of the preview section. File format depends on selection made previously while creating template.
CSV - Download will start immediately.
PDF - New browser tab will open with final report. To save it you can do one of the following:
